Review Guidelines
This page is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. Details are subject to change.
We publish every review we receive, whatever it says. We just check a few things first.
What we check before publishing
Before a review's written text is shown to other shoppers, we check that it doesn't contain inappropriate or abusive language and that it appears to be a genuine review rather than fake or spam content. We don't reject reviews for being negative, only for breaking these rules.
Your star rating always counts
The star rating you choose is never rejectable. Even if a review's written text doesn't pass our check, its star rating still counts toward the product's average rating.
Who can leave a review
Only customers who have actually purchased a product through this website can leave a review for it.
